Consent of the data subject when completing the form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Recipients
Third-party processors for the provision of services linked to the organization of the activities, as well as public administrations when necessary due to a legal obligation.
Retention
For the time necessary to manage the activities and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods or until consent is withdrawn.
Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to lopd@miesbcn.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT).
